Vaccinations
Our experienced staff are certified immunizers, and vaccination appointments are often available right away. We can bill most insurance plans for immunizations.
Getting vaccinated protects you and those around you. At Madison Park Pharmacy and Wellness Center, we’re happy to help you and your loved ones stay up-to-date on the recommended vaccines. We offer the following immunizations:

- Flu
- Hep B or Hep A/B
- HPV
- Measles/Mumps/Rubella
- Meningococcal
- Pneumococcal
- Shingles
- Tdap or TD
- Travel vaccines
Our qualified staff can administer these immunizations here at the pharmacy, and in many cases, appointments are available right away. Please use the consent form below to get started scheduling your vaccination appointment.
We’re happy to offer COVID-19 vaccinations for ages 5+ and flu vaccinations for ages 4+. Please visit our sister store, Bob Johnson’s Pharmacy, if you’re seeking vaccinations for children younger than the above ages.
*Please note that if you come in with family – separate documents are required for each person seeking to be immunized.
